HAT 3 – Fish and Wildlife – R.L. Harris Hydroelectric Project Relicensing

Note that the files PalezoneShiner_SurveySites.zip, Price’sPotato_bean_SurveySites.zip, S_SW_Slopes_LimestoneWoods.zip,
RCWSurveySites.zip, Finelined_SurveySites.zip, WFO_SurveySites_LakeHarris.zip, and WFO_SurveySites_Skyline.zip included in the January 29, 2021 filing of the Final Threatened and Endangered Species Report have been replaced by the files included in the June 15, 2022 filing.

Also note that the Final Downstream Aquatic Habitat Report and Final Aquatic Resources Study Report were revised as a result of comments received after the April 2021 filing. The revised reports are available on the Final Study Reports page of the Final License Application.
